Diamond indentations? You have some other problem to solve.

The CSS is only enabled on pages titled resume, cv, etc. so that may be why. But that sounds odd.

i just copy pasted the above code into the html view
and it didnt look anything like the sample resume on the wpfolio sample site.
i am just trying to figure out how to get rid of all the diamond indentions etc
and have it look like the sample site resume

You need that to make sure the formatting looks correct with the CSS we wrote. You could do something else, but you’d have to design something to go with it.

Hi,

I wondered if you have the html code for the CV that is found on the sample site- or more similar to the one on your own personal webpage. the one given above is rather messy with all the bullets and odd indentations.

You get one menu at the top. That’s what that means. Not an additional menu in the sidebar or something.

Looking at your site, you’ve got no content there and all this organization. Start uploading your work and the organization will emerge. Get some content in there. The menu will probably make more sense then. Also, you don’t have to create categories for years, you can just date the posts and let WordPress organize them by date and use the archive view to do the same thing. Less work.

I dont understand why wpfolio is not allowing me to have more than one menu? its fully updated to the newest version. I ve looked everywhere to figure this out. any ideas?

I don’t have this one memorized and you may have to make more than one change. If you removed the sidebar you might want to think through some decisions to make sure your text remains readable. A 900+ px wide column can be difficult to read, as can longer sections of centered text (as opposed to left aligned). If you want to make the whole blog section the same width, left-aligned, but add margins on the left, that would be something else. So you’re on your own! Think about what will work for your design and your readers and dive in there with your CSS editor. Good luck.
